LOCAL SHIPPING CHARGES

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

1. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping country. 

2. It may be longer subject to customs clearance and individual country local delivery speed.

3. Please note the shipping cost does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties. 

DELIVERY

1. Running Station is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.

2. All orders are processed and dispatched during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Malaysia).

3. Please take note that if you have purchased a pre-order item alongside a ready stock item, we will ship your items ONE time per order as the shipping rate is calculated based on ONE order.

4. Once the Packing Slip email is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

5. For all international orders, any applicable customs or import duties must be paid by recipient of the parcel once it reaches its destination country.

6. Price of postage includes handling fees.

BOUNCED PARCEL

1. Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.

2. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Running Station will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

3. Running Station reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.

4. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
